Search by Description

Instructions

This is one of our most powerful searches. There are several ways to use it which vary in complexity. The simplest method is to enter one or more words. The search will return all items which contain all the words you enter in their description. You may also enter any number of regular expressions separated by spaces. The search will return items for which the description matches all the regular expressions you enter.

Some useful regular expression elements are ^ which matches the beginning of the description, and $ which matches the end of the description.

Examples

DELUXE KIT will find all descriptions that have the words deluxe and kit in them.

^DELUXE will find all descriptions that start with the word deluxe.

KIT$ will find all descriptions that end with the word kit.

^DELUXE KIT$ will find all descriptions that start with the world deluxe and end with the word kit. (e.g. "DELUXE FISH MATE POND KIT" and "DELUXE RABBIT CAGE KIT" but not "FRESHWATER DELUXE PH KIT".)
