New Customer Information

Welcome to the Wolverton, Inc. website. We appreciate your interest and will try to answer your questions concerning the opening of a new account. This is a brief overview of the guidlines that we use to establish new accounts. If you meet any or all of these guidlines, you can download the appropriate application and fax or mail it to our home office.

So, here we go...

Select pet/vet if...

• you have a retail store front
• you have a sales tax license
• you can reach an annual sales requirement of $5,000
• you can accept delivery by 63 ft. semi

Select pet/vet if...

• you are a licensed veterinarian
• you own or work at a clinic
• you are looking for prescription diets
• you want to purchase items for re-sale in your clinic

Select breeder if...

• you are a breeder or kennel
• you can reach an annual sales requirement of $1,200
• you can accept delivery by 63 ft. semi

You should expect ot hear from us within a day of receiving the application. Once we have all of the necessary information and if you are approved for purchasing, you should expect it to take from seven to ten days to be activated.

If you do not fall within these guidelines or have special circumstances that you would like us to consider, please call our Sales Coordinator at 517 321 7250 ext. 124.

Important Note

Please be sure to complete all portions of the application, including the Guarantee of Payment and sales tax exemption (if appropriate).
