New Customers

Below are the guidlines that we use to establish new accounts. If you meet any or all of these guidlines, you can download the appropriate application and fax or mail it to our office.

Select 'New Customer Application' if...

you have a retail store front
you have a sales tax license
you can reach an annual sales requirement of $5,000
you can accept delivery by 63 ft. semi

Select 'New Customer Application' if...

you are a licensed veterinarian
you own or work at a clinic
you are looking for prescription diets
you want to purchase items for re-sale in your clinic

Select 'Breeder Application' if...

you are a breeder or kennel
you can reach an annual sales requirement of $1,500
you can accept delivery by 63 ft. semi

Once we have received all necessary information and forms, it will take from seven to ten days to be verified, approved, and activated.

If you do not fall within these guidelines or have special circumstances that you would like us to consider, please contact our Customer Service Manager at 517 321 7250 ext. 124.

Important Note

Please be sure to complete all portions of the application, including the Guarantee of Payment.
